We are sure that in the apartment you can find everything you need, otherwise we will help you as much as we can. Studio Dream includes one double bed, TV receiver and free WiFi, a well-equipped kitchen with Delimano Dishware, a ceramic glass hob and a small fridge with freezer. A washing machine in the bathroom, iron, distilled water for iron and ironing board are also available for use. It has its own heating and air conditioning so you can set the temperature as you like, but keep the planet from global warming and keep the windows closed while heating or air conditioning is on.
Studio Dream is a fully refurbished, newly decorated and modern apartment, and at the same time nice and comfortable. It is located on the first floor in a smaller residential building and it is intended for short-term rent (on a daily bases). Studio Dream is a modern, newly renovated 28m2 apartment for 2 persons. The kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped so there is no worry if you forget something.
Smoking is not allowed. The whole apartment is at guests disposal and is well positioned. It is very close to the Main Bus Station and only 7 tram stops to the main square, Trg Ban Josip Jelačić, but while you are in the apartment you can enjoy the peace and quiet because it is located in a quiet and peacefully street. Parking for the car is provided for the guests of the apartment, located in a dead-end and quiet street, right next to the house.
You will have all the privacy you need, but in case of any questions you can always ask us. We live in the same building on the floor below the apartment so we are usually available for all your questions or assistance. So do not hesitate to ask or knock on our door. We are also available 24 hours a day via e-mail, message or phone call. We are here to help you feel at home.
If you are interested in getting to know the city, we have two bicycles (male and female models) that you can use (on request). In addition, of course, I'll be happy to help you with tips and tricks to go, see or just call a taxi for you. Minimum stay in Studio Dream is one day. Book your accommodation via e-mail or by phone.
Price list & Check-In
For a stay of 10 and more days, we offer our guests a special price.
Children under 6 years of age do not pay, even sharing a bed with their parents or guardians.
During the New Year minimum stay is 3 days.
VAT is not calculated – natural person is not registered for VAT pursuant to Article 90 of the Value Added Tax Act, and the residence tax is paid in lump sum.

In our street are just family houses. Just one minute from the home behind the kindergarten is a large park. Within minutes of the apartment there is a great bakery „Kajzerica“, 3 grocery stores, a supermarket „Konzum“, a drug store „Bipa“.
The popular „Cooltura“ bar is a two-minute walk away, where you can try a variety of beer and feel the good atmosphere. There are also many local cafes and a well-known, but not expensive, restaurant „Gladne oči. Within a 10-minute walk is the Mall Green Gold Tower. In this complex you can buy clothes of the famous brands. There is also a restaurant complex where you can find Japanese restaurant „Tekka“, Lebanese, Three Chinese: „Mr. Chen“, „China House” and „Dragon BBQ”, and one of the most popular local restaurants „Sofra”, and the famous „Mostovi“ restaurant is nearby. There are bars in the area: „Hop in Craft beer bar “and „Vetro bar & bites“, nightclubs: „Museum Katran“ and „Depo“ where you can dance till morning…
„Poliklinka Bagatin „, „Poliklinika Knezović“, „Poliklinika Janušić“. „Poliklinika Sinteza“ and the „Optical Express“, are just a few of the well-known clinics that you arrive within 10 minutes of our apartments.
You can reach the apartment by private car or taxi service, which is 100 meters away, as well as public transport. The nearest tram stop from the apartment is 200 meters away or 2 minutes on foot, so getting to the desired location is quick and easy. To the city center, choose tram number 6, to the settlement Črnomerec line 2, to Novi Zagreb line number 7, 6 and 8, to Prečko line number 5, to Maksimir and Dubrave line number 7, to Žitnjak line number 2, to Mihaljevac line number 8. If you want an individualized approach, we can call you a taxi on your request.
If you come by car, unfortunately, we do not guarantee you a free parking in front of our house, but if you find it in our street you do not have to pay. If there are no free parking spaces on the street, you will have to go to the public parking which is a minute away from our house.
If you arrive by plane in Zagreb, take the airport bus from Franjo Tuđman Airport to Zagreb Main Bus Station. From there you can reach tramline 6. Our apartment is two tram stops from the ZagrebBus Station. From the station, you are leaving, you have about two minutes on foot. The same thing if you come by bus. If you travel by train, you will arrive directly at Zagreb's Main Railway Station. From the Main station, you will drive five tram stops with tram line 6, and then you have about two minutes on foot to the apartment.

- Once we check the availability of your preferred dates, we will send you our Offer in the reply. The apartment is booked for the requested period for 24 hours from the time of the reply.
- To secure your booking please pay the deposit as specified in the Offer. In the reference number field enter the Offer ID.
- Please submit the remittance advice within 24 hours.
- Print out the received booking confirmation and have it on you at the time of check-in.
- For payments by bank transfers, the Studio Apartments D & G accept only bank fees from our bank. Other banks' fees are to be paid by the Customer.
- The deposit is 30% of the total cost of the apartment, and is to be paid to our bank account.
- The rest of the payment is to be made at the time of check-in. Except for the deposit, all other payments are made in cash.
- Credit cards and other payment methods are not accepted.
- Please note that SWIFT payments may take up to 7 days or more, and that the payments have to be visible on our bank account statement prior to your visit.
- If the deposit is not visible on our bank account statement within 10 days from the time of sending the Offer, the booking shall be deemed invalid.

By having published these Rental Terms and Conditions at the Studio Apartments D & G official web-site it is assumed that the Guest has acknowledged and accepted these Terms and Conditions, and has assumed the obligation to comply with them throughout their stay.
The rental cost includes the following:
- Cleaning of the apartment before and after your stay; for longer stays the apartment will be cleaned once a week.
- Free use of all house appliances, including air-conditioning and unlimited internet access.
- All communal fees.
- Tourist tax.
- For stays of 7 days and longer bed linen is changed once a week, and for each new guest.
- A set of towels (1 large and 1 small towel per person), changed every day.
- Crib (infant bed) is available on request (please indicate in your query) and free of charge (studio Green).
- In apartments Studio Dream and Studio Green smoking is not allowed.
- Pets are not permitted in the apartment.
- Please note that this is a private apartment, and we would appreciate your care when using the apartment's equipment and kindly ask you to respect the house rules.
- Should you notice any faults during the apartment check, please point it out to the host in order to avoid any misunderstandings later on.
- The Guest must return the apartment in the same general state it was received – clean, tidy and free of damage.
- 70% of the deposit shall be refunded if you cancel your booking 30 days prior to your arrival.
- 50% of the deposit shall be refunded if you cancel your booking 30 days prior to your arrival.
- 30% of the deposit shall be refunded if you cancel your booking 30 days prior to your arrival.
- No refunds will be made if you cancel your booking 9 days or less prior to your arrival.
- Extension of the stay period is possible depending on availability. We will make every effort to accommodate your wishes whenever it is possible.
- If you wish to shorten your stay, we will refund you 90% of the rest of the booking amount.
In the event of unforeseeable circumstances resulting in our inability to fulfil a confirmed booking, and upon which we have no influence (force majeure), the already paid amount will be fully refunded to you.
We shall respect your privacy during your stay, and we shall not disclose information about your stay to any third party. It is only our legal obligation to submit your personal information and details about your stay to the local police department and to the Zagreb Tourist Board for calculating the tourist tax. Should you like us to share information about your stay with somebody, please do let us know.
PERSONAL DATA COLLECTION OF WORK OF EVIDENTATION IN THE SYSTEM OF EVISITOR
Apart from the person who originally booked the apartment, these Terms and Conditions apply to all other persons using the apartment. ompanies making reservations on behalf of their employees shall be held responsible for the accuracy of the data.
By confirming the rental of the apartment, the Guest acknowledges and accepts these Terms of Use and obligations stipulated therein.
The Guest is solely responsible for their personal things and valuables left in the apartment during their stay, and the Studio Apartments D & G cannot be held responsible in case of their disappearance. When not in the apartment, the Guest is obliged to close all windows and lock the door, turn off any lights, appliances and water taps.
Damaging of the equipment and furniture, causing annoyance or nuisance to neighborhood, and particularly making noise in the periods from 2 to 4 PM and from 9 PM to 7 AM is strictly forbidden.
In case of damages caused to the furniture or equipment, the Guest is obliged to notify the host. I f the damage was caused by the Guest, the Guest is obliged to compensate for the damage before check-out.
In case of breaching the house rules, the host reserves the right to cancel further accommodation services without refund for the total booking period, regardless of thereby shortened stay.
The Guests are responsible for their behavior both in the house and its surroundings, and in case of an accident it will be their sole responsibility.
The Studio Apartments D & G shall deny any association with or liability for being involved in any illicit activities undertaken by the Guests or persons in their company during their stay in the apartment.
The rented apartment has to be left in the same general state as it was received – clean, tidy and free of damage.
If the apartment is not left in the same clean, tidy condition, the host will charge an additional cleaning fee of 20,00 euro (150,69 kn).
The replacement of a lost key is charged 15,00 euro (113,02 kn).
The waste is to be disposed of in the appropriate waste bin in the vicinity of the apartment.
It is recommended by the Studio Apartments D & G for the Guests to have travel insurance during their stay in Zagreb.
